Dr Rosenfeld's fee for the tubal reversal is $6,400 which covers pre-operative lab work, surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, On-Q Pain Buster Pump, operating room, take-home medications, and post-operative care through the evening of the surgery. 

A $1000 deposit is required to schedule the surgery. The balance of $5,400 is due in full two weeks prior to the procedure. If you cancel your surgery at least two weeks before your scheduled surgery date, we refund $350 of the deposit to you. The deposit is non-refundable less than two weeks before surgery.

Financing

The Southwest Center for Microsurgical Tubal Reversals takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and checks. To pay online at any time, contact us with your payment information at 866.790.0095 and a receipt will be emailed to you within one business day.

Dr Rosenfeld also accepts CosmiCredit, an elective surgery loan provider.
