  2. When are you open?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday until 6:00 p.m. If you are a new patient, fill out and submit our patient registration form (on rosenfeldmd.com) and a staff member will contact you to make an appointment.

  6. Are there any forms to fill out once I arrive?
You will need to complete our patient registration form (on rosenfeldmd.com) to make an appointment.
